Balikpapan – Pride comes from one of the Electrical Engineering students of the 2016 class of the Kalimantan Institute (ITK) Imam Muhammad Hakim, this student who is often called Imam won an S2 scholarship at National Central University, Taiwan. Imam won a scholarship in the Opto-Mechatronic department of Mechanical Engineering with a period of 2 years. This final year student managed to win a scholarship of 10,000 NT or around 50,000,000 Rupiah for the initial stage and if Imam as a student has good performance then this number can increase.

Various preparations were passed by Imam in participating in this scholarship program, "For the scholarship requirements themselves, there are Toefl certificates, research proposals, autobiography, study plans, transcripts, letters of recommendation, college diplomas, well, for this college diploma because there is none, it is allowed to use a certificate of graduation and all these requirements are made in English", explained Imam.

Imam's success in winning the S2 scholarship before he was even declared graduated and running the graduation procession was a matter of pride for ITK, "If there is no obstacle, the lecture will start in September this year and if it is true then there is a possibility that I will not follow the graduation procession but if given permission I still strive to be able to participate in the graduation procession considering that it is a sacred moment in life" said imam.

Imam's first step as a prospective ITK graduate should be an inspiration and motivation for other students to continue to strive to achieve their goals, because behind the success, of course, there is an invisible struggle felt by the fighters.
