Balikpapan — The Balikpapan City Government, through its Regional Secretariat, will hold an information session on the 2026 Balikpapan City Higher Education Stimulan Scholarship Program. The session offers students of Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK) from Balikpapan an opportunity to obtain complete information about the scholarship.
