Balikpapan, October 8, 2025 – The Kalimantan Institute of Technology (ITK) held a ceremony for the handover of the 2025 Employment Decrees for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) on Wednesday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. WITA, in the Auditorium of Building A. The event, which ran smoothly and solemnly, was led by the Rector of ITK, Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Agus Rubiyanto, M.Eng.Sc., who also symbolically handed over the decrees to the recipients.
Also attending the event were Vice Rector for Planning, Finance, and General Affairs, Ir. Khakim Ghozali, M.MT., and Head of the Academic and General Bureau, Yuspian, S.Sos., M.I.R. A total of 69 employees, consisting of 66 administrative staff and 3 lecturers, officially received their PPPK decrees. Some of them have served at ITK for more than 10 years, demonstrating remarkable dedication and loyalty to the institution.
On this occasion, Mr. Yuspian expressed his appreciation to all decree recipients for their dedication and commitment. He also conveyed that all PPPK employees at ITK are granted full-time employment status, allowing them to contribute more significantly to the institution. He further hoped that with this new full-time PPPK status, employees would continue to enhance their professionalism and performance in supporting ITK’s growth.
Through this event, ITK reaffirmed its commitment to continuously improving the quality of its human resources and strengthening institutional governance, in line with its vision to become a university that is excellent, competitive, and contributes meaningfully to national development.
