MMT ITK Roadshow Kicks Off, Introducing the Graduate Program to Civil Servants in Penajam Paser Utara and Paser Regencies

Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan – The Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK), through its Master of Technology Management (MMT) Graduate Program, officially launched the first phase of its Roadshow and Socialization for the 2026/2027 Academic Year Wave III Student Admission on July 1–2, 2026. The roadshow was held in Penajam Paser Utara and Paser Regencies as part of ITK's efforts to expand awareness of its graduate education programs, particularly among civil servants (ASN) and government institutions across East Kalimantan.

The first session took place on Wednesday (July 1) at the first-floor hall of the Penajam Paser Utara Regent's Office. The event was attended by Hendro Susilo, S.Pd., M.Pd., Head of the Community Welfare Division (Kesra) of Penajam Paser Utara Regency, along with representatives from various Regional Government Agencies (OPD).

The roadshow continued on Thursday (July 2) at the Regional Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Paser Regency. The MMT ITK delegation was welcomed by Ready Gozal Isnaini, S.Sos., Head of the Performance Evaluation, Civil Servant Discipline, and Awards Division, together with agency leaders and representatives from several OPDs.

The roadshow was led by Bima, Coordinator of the Master of Technology Management Program, accompanied by three MMT lecturers: Happy, Riki, and Diga. During the sessions, the team introduced the MMT program, highlighting its curriculum, flexible learning system, Wave III admission process for the 2026/2027 academic year, and the career and competency development opportunities available to graduates.

ITK's Master of Technology Management Program is designed to address the growing need for professionals who can integrate management, technology, and innovation to support organizational transformation and regional development. Participants also engaged in interactive discussions on how the program can contribute to strengthening the competencies of civil servants within local government institutions.

The socialization activities in both regencies received a positive response. Representatives from various government agencies actively participated in discussions and provided valuable feedback on how the program could be further developed to better align with the needs of regional governments. It is expected that the MMT program will become an attractive option for continuing education, particularly among civil servants in Penajam Paser Utara and Paser Regencies.

Through this roadshow, ITK reaffirms its commitment to providing high-quality graduate education that is responsive to technological advancements and regional development needs. The collaboration established with local governments is expected to contribute to the enhancement of human resource quality in East Kalimantan by expanding access to higher education.
