Balikpapan, February 14, 2026 – The ITK Mengajar community once again presented an inspiring program, ReGen Talks (Regeneration Talks), for education enthusiasts. This time, the theme “Create a Great Future with Effortless Smart Learning” highlighted effective learning strategies in the digital era.

The event, held at the Auditorium of Building A at ITK, started at 09:00 WITA and was open to the public, offering an interactive learning experience through direct discussions with the speaker. In addition, participants received an E-Certificate as proof of participation.

During the talk show, participants were invited to explore valuable insights related to learning and personal development. Topics ranged from smart learning strategies to make studying more effective without unnecessary pressure, to ways of maintaining focus and consistency amid digital-era distractions. Participants also gained practical tips for personal growth to help build their capabilities and prepare for a bright future.

The event began at 09:00 WITA with participant registration, followed by an opening performance that enlivened the atmosphere. The Masters of Ceremony formally opened the program, followed by the singing of the national anthem and a prayer as part of the official opening.

A series of remarks were delivered by the Chief Organizer, the ITK Mengajar Project Officer, the ITK Mengajar Advisor, and the Rector of ITK, reflecting institutional support for community-based educational initiatives.

After the opening session, participants watched a recap video and completed a pre-test to measure their initial understanding of the topic. The main talk show session lasted one hour and was followed by an interactive Q&A session with the speaker, allowing participants to gain deeper insights.

As a token of appreciation, the committee presented a plaque to the speaker. Participants then completed a post-test and received rewards for active participation. The event concluded with a second performance and a documentation session before officially closing.
