Balikpapan – Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK), through its Master of Technology Management (MMT) Study Program, held an Information Session on its postgraduate program for final-year students and prospective graduates. The event served as a platform to introduce the master's program while providing information on educational funding opportunities through the Gratispol Program.

The event commenced with opening remarks by the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Science and Information Technology (FSTI) ITK, Irma Fitria, who expressed her appreciation to students who have successfully completed their undergraduate studies and are scheduled to graduate this October. She also thanked the participants for their enthusiasm in attending the information session.

In her remarks, she encouraged prospective graduates to consider continuing their education by enrolling in ITK's Master of Technology Management program. She emphasized that pursuing a master's degree is now more accessible with the availability of the Gratispol Program, which provides greater access to educational funding for the community.

The main session featured a comprehensive presentation by the Head of the Master of Technology Management Study Program, Bima Prihasto, who introduced the MMT program in detail. His presentation covered the background of the program, its industry-oriented curriculum, courses offered, faculty members, as well as information on the Single Tuition Fee (UKT).

Participants also gained insights into the career prospects of MMT graduates, who are prepared to become highly competent professionals capable of addressing the challenges of digital transformation, innovation, and technology management across various sectors.

The following session was delivered by Yuspian from ITK's Academic Bureau, who provided a detailed explanation of the Gratispol Program, including its application procedures, eligibility requirements, and funding scheme available for prospective students. The session aimed to help participants better understand the opportunities for obtaining financial assistance, enabling them to pursue postgraduate studies without significant financial barriers.

The event concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, during which participants actively raised questions regarding the admission process, curriculum, and the implementation of the Gratispol Program. Through this information session, ITK hopes to encourage more bachelor's degree graduates to continue their studies at the master's level and take advantage of the opportunities provided to enhance their competencies and competitiveness in the professional world.
