Registration Schedule for New Students of State Universities in East Kalimantan, Class of 2026

Registration for the Gratispol Education Program for newly admitted students at State Universities in East Kalimantan will be conducted in five stages as follows:

Stage I

• Individual registration: June 15–30, 2026
• Document verification: June 15–July 4, 2026
• Announcement and objection period: July 6–9, 2026

Stage II

• Individual registration: July 1–15, 2026
• Document verification: July 6–18, 2026
• Announcement and objection period: July 20–23, 2026

Stage III

• Individual registration: July 16–31, 2026
• Document verification: July 20–August 8, 2026
• Announcement and objection period: August 10–13, 2026

Stage IV

• Individual registration: August 1–15, 2026

Self-Reporting Schedule for Continuing Students of In-Province State Universities for the Odd Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Year (Cohorts 2023–2025)

For continuing students enrolled at State Universities within East Kalimantan, the self-reporting process will be conducted in stages according to the following schedule:

• Verification: July 1–18, 2026
• Announcement: July 20–23, 2026

Stage II

• Self-reporting: July 16–31, 2026
• Verification: July 20–August 8, 2026
• Announcement: August 10–13, 2026

• Self-reporting: August 1–22, 2026
• Verification: August 10–29, 2026
• Announcement: September 1–4, 2026

Stage IV

• Self-reporting: August 23–September 15, 2026
• Verification: September 1–30, 2026

Gratispol Program Schedule for New Students Admitted through SNBP to State Universities in East Kalimantan, Class of 2026

Specifically for newly admitted students accepted through the National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP) pathway at State Universities in East Kalimantan, the implementation schedule for the Gratispol Education Program is as follows:

Stage I

• Individual registration: May–June 21, 2026
• Validation/verification: May–June 30, 2026
• Announcement and objection period: July 1–4, 2026

Stage II

• Validation/verification: July 1–11, 2026
• Announcement and objection period: July 13–16, 2026

Students are expected to complete all required documents and submit their applications according to the established schedule. Delays in registration or document submission may result in the application not being processed.
