Official Announcement: ITK Alumni Tracer Study 2026

In the context of collecting data for the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of Higher Education Institutions, particularly KPI 1: Graduates Obtaining Decent Employment, all alumni who graduated in 2024 are encouraged to participate in the Tracer Study by completing the questionnaire through the official website of the Directorate of Higher Education.

About Tracer Study

Tracer Study is a national survey aimed at tracking the transition of graduates from higher education to the workforce, including job waiting period, job relevance to academic competencies, and evaluation of the learning process during their studies. The collected data will be used as a basis for evaluating the quality of higher education, improving curriculum development, and mapping workforce needs in Indonesia.

Objectives of the Tracer Study

• To identify the employment status and career position of graduates
• To evaluate the relevance of the curriculum to industry and workforce demands
• To support the improvement of graduate quality and institutional performance
• To fulfill institutional performance reporting to the government

Deadline for submission: 26 February 2026

Important Information

• Completion of the questionnaire is mandatory for 2024 graduates
• Estimated completion time is approximately 10–15 minutes
• All data will be kept confidential and used solely for academic and institutional development purposes
