Balikpapan - Institut Teknologi Kalimantan has prepared a number of supporting facilities and rooms to ensure the smooth implementation of UTBK 2026. Various rooms are specifically assigned to support the participant service flow, ranging from registration, inspection, waiting areas, baggage storage, health services, to examination rooms.

This room arrangement is intended to ensure that the implementation of UTBK 2026 at ITK runs in an orderly, safe, and comfortable manner, both for participants and for parents or companions. The following are the details of the rooms used for UTBK 2026 activities at ITK:

1. Building A

Building A serves as one of the main service centers for participants. The Library Room in this building is used as:

•  a registration room; 
•  a waiting room; and 
•  a UTBK examination room. 

2. Building D

In Building D, the Prayer Room on the first floor is used as:

•  a prayer room for parents or companions of examination participants. 

3. Integrated Laboratory 1

Integrated Laboratory 1 is one of the main locations for UTBK 2026 activities with the following room functions:

•  The Lobby/Corridor on the first floor is used as the participant registration area; 
•  The Thermal Laboratory is used as the inspection room after registration; 
•  Collaborative Workspace A on the second floor is used as baggage storage for Session 1 participants; 
•  Collaborative Workspace B on the second floor is used as baggage storage for Session 2 participants; 
•  Administration Room A on the second floor is used as the investigation and health room; 
•  The Auditorium of Integrated Laboratory 1 on the third floor is used as the participant waiting room; and 
•  Labkom A, Labkom B, Labkom C, Labkom D, Labkom E, Labkom F, and Labkom G are used as UTBK examination rooms. 

4. Integrated Laboratory 2

In addition to Integrated Laboratory 1, Integrated Laboratory 2 is also used to support the implementation of UTBK 2026, with the following details:

•  The Lobby/Corridor on the first floor is used as the participant registration area; 
•  The Storage Room on the first floor is used as the inspection room after registration; 
•  The Seminar Room on the second floor is used as the participant waiting room; 
•  The Spatial Planning Studio Room on the third floor is used as the secretariat room, investigation room, and briefing room; 
•  The Anjungan Room on the first floor is used as baggage storage for Session 1 participants; 
•  The Maritime Room on the first floor is used as baggage storage for Session 2 participants; and 
•  The Telecommunication and Computer Network Laboratory, Software Development Laboratory, and High Performance Computing Laboratory are used as UTBK examination rooms. 

With these facilities, ITK is committed to providing the best possible service during UTBK 2026 so that participants can take the examination in a more orderly, comfortable, and well-organized environment.
