Samarinda, September 12, 2026 — The 2026 Work Meeting (Raker) of Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK) concluded its final day with an Employee Capacity Building outbound activity held at Rumah Ulin Arya on Saturday (12/9). The activity provided an opportunity for participants to strengthen teamwork, improve communication, and build stronger chemistry among colleagues.

Embracing the spirit of togetherness, the outbound activity featured various games and group activities that encouraged participants to communicate, coordinate, and work together to overcome challenges. Participants were divided into several groups and took part in a series of activities that required teamwork and collaborative strategies.

The games served not only as recreational activities following the series of Work Meeting sessions but were also designed to strengthen collaboration, communication, trust, leadership, and teamwork skills. Through these activities, participants had the opportunity to get to know one another better in a more relaxed setting and build stronger connections beyond their daily work routines.

The spirit of togetherness was evident as each group worked to complete the challenges. Differences in roles and personalities within each team became part of the process of developing effective communication and collaboration.

The Employee Capacity Building activity concluded the ITK 2026 Work Meeting, which had previously featured training sessions, expert presentations, achievement evaluations, and discussions on the institution’s development direction. While the main Work Meeting focused on strengthening institutional governance and planning, the outbound activity provided an opportunity to strengthen the collaborative spirit and interpersonal relationships among ITK employees.

Through this activity, participants are expected to develop stronger relationships and foster a cohesive, collaborative, and supportive work environment in carrying out their responsibilities and achieving institutional goals. The ITK 2026 Work Meeting concluded with a renewed spirit of togetherness to move forward in supporting the development of ITK as an adaptive, accountable, and sustainable institution.
