Following up on the 2025 Educational Assistance Program for Continuing Students (Gratispol) from the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan, which is designated for continuing undergraduate (S1) students in the Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026 and who originate from East Kalimantan, the following matters are hereby conveyed:

1. Students eligible to be proposed as candidates for the Educational Assistance Program (Gratispol) must be students who originate from East Kalimantan, have not received any other scholarship, meet the requirements set by the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan, and are willing to be proposed by ITK as candidates for the Gratispol Program.
2. Students who agree to be proposed as candidates for the Gratispol Program are required to fill out the consent form through the page s.itk.ac.id/bersediagratispol no later than December 19, 2025, and must then complete the registration independently via the website https://gratispol.kaltimprov.go.id
   .
3. Students from East Kalimantan who have not received any other scholarship and meet the requirements for the Gratispol Program but do not fill out the consent form will be considered unwilling to be proposed by ITK as candidates for the Gratispol Program.
4. Students proposed by ITK as candidates for the Gratispol Program will be selected by the Gratispol Team of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan based on the predetermined criteria.
5. Students who agree to be proposed as candidates for the Gratispol Program are exempted from paying their UKT (tuition fee) for the Even Semester 2025/2026 up to the maximum assistance amount determined by the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan.
    Example: Muhammad, a Physics student, has a maximum UKT assistance limit of Rp 5,000,000 from the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan, while his UKT at ITK is Rp 2,000,000. Therefore, Muhammad is exempted from paying UKT for the Even Semester 2025/2026.
6. Students whose UKT amount exceeds the maximum Gratispol assistance limit are required to pay the difference according to the UKT payment schedule on February 2–13, 2026.
    Example: Muhammad, a Physics student, has a maximum UKT assistance limit of Rp 5,000,000 while his UKT at ITK is Rp 8,000,000. Therefore, Muhammad must pay the remaining UKT amount of Rp 3,000,000 for the Even Semester 2025/2026.
7. Students proposed by ITK as candidates for the Gratispol Program will undergo verification and will be officially designated as candidates for the program by the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan.
8. In the event of any changes to the requirements or provisions for the Gratispol Program set by the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan, the updated requirements or provisions shall apply.
