Jakarta – July 18, 2024, The Intercontinental Hotel Jakarta Pondok Indah witnessed a significant event focused on the evaluation and recognition of the implementation of programs, activities, and budgets for the first semester of 2024, as well as the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) for 2023 within the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology. The event was attended by various Rectors and Vice-Rectors from State Universities (PTN) along with high-ranking officials from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology.

The event began with an opening and a briefing on the "Priority Program Policies of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology" by the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology. This was followed by a discussion on strategic issues related to programs and budgets for the first semester of 2024. Before proceeding to the main event, an open discussion was held with the participants.

Kalimantan Institute of Technology (ITK) received notable recognition during this event. ITK earned several awards, including:

• Award for Excellence in the Top 10% IKU Position for 2023 in the SATKER PTN League
• Award for Achieving the Highest Position in IKU 1 Excellence for SATKER PTN
• Award for Achieving the Highest Position in IKU 4 Excellence for SATKER PTN

The achievements of ITK are not only a source of pride for the institution itself but also serve as an inspiration for all members to continue enhancing the quality of education and research in the future. This success is a result of the strong commitment of all academic and administrative staff at the institution.

Through this celebration, the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology also reaffirmed its commitment to continue supporting efforts to transform and improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia. The success achieved by ITK marks the beginning of even greater achievements in the future.
