Balikpapan, September 3, 2024 - Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK) proudly hosts the Opening Ceremony and innovation exhibition of the ETAM SHIP COMPETITION 2024. The event will take place at the Selasar Building A, 1st Floor (in front of ULT) at ITK. The ETAM SHIP COMPETITION 2024 is a national competition organized by the ITK's Department of Naval Architecture, themed "SURVEILLANCE: Strategic Unity Strengthens Vigilance and the Maritime Sector in Building Integrated Defense For New Capital's Epoch." This competition invites participation from various universities and institutes across Indonesia, targeting active students from diverse educational backgrounds.
The event serves as a platform for participants to showcase their latest innovations in unmanned fast boat technology, aimed at enhancing maritime defense and surveillance systems during the new capital's development era.
