Scholarship Requirements

Regarding the scholarship offer from Bank Indonesia (BI) for students at the Institut Teknologi Kalimantan in 2025, students who have not received any scholarships may register through their respective faculties from February 6 to February 18, 2025, with the following requirements:

1. Active student in the 4th (fourth) and 6th (sixth) semester.
2. Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
3. Submit the following scholarship documents:
   1. Biodata Form A.1 provided by Bank Indonesia (downloadable at s.itk.ac.id/forma1bi25).
   2. Original transcript or a legalized copy.
   3. Photocopy of KTP/driver’s license (1 copy).
   4. Photocopy of student ID (KTM) (legalized, 1 copy).
   5. Photocopy of the first page of an active bank account book (preferably BNI), with the account holder’s name matching the scholarship applicant's identity (2 copies).
   6. Statement of not receiving any other scholarships (downloadable at s.itk.ac.id/formtidakbea25).
   7. Personal resume/CV.
   8. Motivation letter in Bahasa Indonesia.
   9. Recommendation letter from the Faculty.
   10. Certificate of economic disadvantage issued by the village/district for those who are eligible.
   11. Recent 3x4 cm colored photo (1 copy).
   12. Proof of active student status.
   13. Statement of commitment to actively participate in the Bank Indonesia scholarship recipients' student community, “GenBI” (downloadable at s.itk.ac.id/suratkesanggupanbi).
4. Submit all physical documents to the respective Faculty Office in a green folder, labeled with the applicant's name, student ID number (NIM), study program, and department.
