Balikpapan – Institut Teknologi Kalimantan has officially announced the re-registration process for newly admitted undergraduate (S1) students for the Academic Year 2026/2027 who have been accepted through the National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP) 2026.
Based on Announcement Number: 7351/IT10/AK.02/2026, all prospective students are required to complete the online re-registration process by filling in their personal data and uploading all required documents accurately and completely through the official PMB ITK website.
The following are the stages and schedule that must be observed:
April 1 – 8, 2026
Online registration, data entry, and document submission via pmb.itk.ac.id
April 8 – 20, 2026
Verification of parents’/guardians’ economic data by the ITK Verification Team (including KIP-Kuliah applicants)
April 22, 2026
Announcement of Tuition Fee (UKT)
April 28 – May 14, 2026 (until 15:00 WITA)
UKT payment via BNI, BRI, Mandiri, and BSI banks
Prospective students who fail to complete the registration by April 8, 2026 at 23:59 WITA will be considered to have withdrawn.

All uploaded documents must be original and clearly scanned. If any document is revised, both the original and revised versions must be combined into a single file. Signatures on stamped documents must touch the stamp. Any form of document falsification will result in disqualification or cancellation of student status.
Prospective students are required to attend the official student orientation event led by the Rector of Institut Teknologi Kalimantan at the ITK Karang Joang Campus, Balikpapan, and regularly monitor updates through the official website and social media channels.
