The atmosphere became even livelier with the Interactive Morning Aerobics session led by a professional instructor to the rhythm of energetic music. This 30-minute session was a great way for participants to re-energize. The event continued with a 15-minute break, giving everyone a chance to rest.
In addition, to support the commitment to healthy living, the event also provided a free health check-up session that was open for a full two hours, from 09.40 to 11.40 WITA. This session gave participants the opportunity to get basic check-ups as a first step in monitoring their health.
