Balikpapan, September 2, 2024 – Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK) held a handover ceremony for students who have successfully been accepted into the internship program at PT. Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Tbk. This event is part of the Kampus Merdeka program managed by ITK's Career Development and Job Placement Office, led by Ms. Amanda Dwi Wantira, S.Tr., M.T., the Coordinator of Career Development and Job Placement. She was accompanied by Ms. Amalia Rizqi Utami, S.T., M.T., a Lecturer in the Electrical Engineering Department and Career Guidance for ITK Students and Alumni.
The handover ceremony was aimed at active students who are at least in their 5th semester and have been recommended by their departments. This internship program, offered by PT. Indosat Ooredoo Tbk, focuses on developing leadership skills, project management, and managerial skills.
The ceremony marks the beginning of a six-month internship period, running from September to December 2024. During this period, interns will be involved in various projects and tasks designed to hone their innovation, creativity, and capacity, while also opening broader career opportunities in the future.
The students who have passed the internship selection are expected to leverage the experience and knowledge gained to optimally prepare for entering the workforce. With full support from ITK and PT. Indosat Ooredoo Tbk, they will benefit significantly in their personal development and professional careers.
