The Rusdisain team, consisting of Rifki Anashirul, Faiq Athari, and Zaka Dimasqi Almeyda from the Information Systems program at ITK, has won 1st place in the UI/UX design competition organized by the Association of Informatics at Universitas Mulawarman (AI UNMUL). The competition took place from November 3 to November 29, 2024, with the winner announcement on November 29, 2024.
This competition, which attracted participants from universities and institutions across Indonesia, was aimed at testing creativity, innovation, and design skills in the field of information technology, particularly in user interface and user experience design. The Rusdisain team captured the judges' attention with their innovative and relevant concept through their flagship project, the Tanamin app.
Tanamin is a digital solution focused on environmental preservation. The app enables users to easily engage in reforestation and forest protection activities while supporting the use of renewable energy to reduce carbon emissions.
The three main benefits of Tanamin are as follows:
This victory not only demonstrates the team's ability to create innovative technological solutions but also highlights their commitment to contributing to environmental preservation and fostering a greener, more sustainable world. The team hopes that Tanamin will be part of a larger movement towards a more environmentally friendly and sustainable future.
With this achievement, the Rusdisain team proves that technology design is not only about creating attractive interfaces but also about developing solutions that can have a significant positive impact on society and the environment.
