Balikpapan, 14 November 2025 – The Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK) conducted a Socialization on Job Analysis and Workload Analysis as part of its efforts to strengthen institutional governance and improve organizational management quality within ITK. The event was officially opened by the Vice Rector for Planning, Finance, and General Affairs, Ir. Khakim Ghozali, M.MT, who introduced ITK and emphasized the importance of developing a more effective and accountable personnel governance system.
On this occasion, the Vice Rector also presented plaques to the three speakers as a form of appreciation for their valuable contributions in providing strategic insights related to bureaucratic strengthening and institutional management. The session was moderated by Yudhi.
The first session was delivered by Dr. Rahmat, MA, who presented material on Institutional Policies and Government Agency Administration. In his presentation, he emphasized the directives of the President and Vice President regarding the acceleration of Bureaucratic Reform, which focuses on increasing bureaucratic responsiveness, combating corruption, accelerating policy implementation, strengthening inter-agency coordination, and improving the quality of civil servant management.

The second session was presented by Tri Noor Aziza, SP., MP., an Intermediate Expert Policy Analyst, who discussed the Institutional Evaluation of the Institut Teknologi Kalimantan 2025. She explained the importance of organizational needs analysis as the foundation for designing organizations that are functionally appropriate, process-oriented, and structurally aligned.

Additionally, she described the scope of institutional evaluation as regulated by government policies, covering aspects such as structure, processes, governance, complexity, formalization of rules, and the use of information technology to support performance and service delivery.
The third session was delivered by Wildan Lutfi Arieyasmita, S.E., who highlighted the importance of job analysis and position mapping based on workload distribution and individual capabilities. He explained that accurate job grouping enhances work effectiveness, clarifies roles and responsibilities, and supports the institution in planning its human resource needs more precisely.
Wildan emphasized that workload analysis is essential to ensure a proportional distribution of tasks, prevent duplication of functions, and support the achievement of organizational targets optimally.
Each session included a question-and-answer segment, allowing participants to engage in active discussion. The dialogue was lively and productive, demonstrating the high enthusiasm of ITK’s academic community in understanding and implementing institutional policies and governance improvements.
Through this socialization activity, ITK aims to strengthen internal governance, enhance the professionalism of civil servants, and support the realization of an organization that is more responsive, modern, and adaptive to the evolving needs of the time.
