In his daily work, Giovani manages compensation and benefit systems across multiple job sites from payroll, BPJS, attendance, and overtime, to employee loan administration. More than that, he safeguards data integrity and transforms raw information into dashboards and strategic reports that form the basis for management decision making.

“Data is not just a tool for calculation. It tells a story that, if read correctly, can drive change,” Giovani explains.

The analytical sharpness and systematic thinking he developed during his Mathematics studies at ITK have become a strong foundation for his career.
