On May 2, 2024, a significant milestone for Kalimantan Institute of Technology (ITK) occurred when their Rector, Prof. Dr. Agus Rubiyanto, M.Eng.Sc., received a prestigious award for securing first place in the category of Cash Management System (CSM) utilization.

The award ceremony took place at the IKN Construction Workers' Residence (HPK), enlivened by the presence of several key figures, including the Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, M. Syaibani, and Fitra Radian, the Head of the Balikpapan State Treasury Service Office (KPPN), along with representatives from regional work units. In their remarks, they emphasized the importance of implementing the Sakti System and Anti-Corruption Awareness to create a transparent and corruption-free environment.

During the awareness session, four critical points were discussed:

  1. APBN Press Release within KPPN Balikpapan Payment Scope: Provided an overview of APBN realization and a commitment to integrity in budget implementation.
  2. APBN Realization within KPPN Balikpapan Payment Scope: Presented the latest data on APBN realization up to the 2024 period.
  3. Implementation of Electronic Signatures via the Sakti Application: Encouraged the use of certified electronic signatures through the Sakti application to streamline administrative processes.
  4. Fund Withdrawal Plan (PMK No. 155 of 2023): Discussed the fund withdrawal plan in accordance with applicable regulations.

In addition, anti-corruption awareness was a crucial focus of the event. Fitra Radian urged all work units to maintain integrity and a commitment to anti-corruption and anti-gratification, highlighting that reporting can be done through the official website.

As part of the event, the ITK delegation also had the opportunity to visit ASN 4 IKN Residential Towers and view the Mockup of ASN Residential Towers from the inside, expanding their understanding of sustainable infrastructure development and management.

This award is not only a remarkable achievement for ITK but also serves as an inspiration for other educational institutions to continue innovating in the use of information technology to enhance efficiency and service quality. May this accomplishment be the first step in strengthening ITK's role in advancing education and development in Kalimantan and Indonesia as a whole.
